In Ecuador there is a large number of companies that are dedicated to the floriculture sector, however, few have software that allows them to have a better control in raw material, product, personnel, etc. Jaap Flowers wants to be part of the competition because it intends to become a company that is at the forefront of others, the company currently has many flaws in its functionalities because it does not have software that allows its processes to be handled correctly, agile and efficient, arising the need to systematize these processes to take proper control of them and help in decision making. With the implementation of the software, it is desired to meet the requirements requested by the company that leads to continuous improvement. The application is easy to use, consisting of intuitive interfaces that allow better control from the handling of raw material or product that is created until the delivery of reports that are requested daily. You can use the software 24/7 providing greater convenience to the user because regardless of the time, this allows its entry, modification and closure without difficulty.
En Ecuador existe una gran cantidad de empresas que se dedican al sector florícola, sin embargo, son pocas las que tienen software que les permita tener un mejor control tanto en materia prima, producto, personal, etc. Jaap Flowers quiere formar parte de la competencia por ello pretende convertirse en una empresa que esté a la vanguardia de otras, la empresa actualmente tiene muchas falencias en sus funcionalidades debido a que no posee un software que permita que sus procesos se manejen de forma correcta, ágil y eficiente, surgiendo la necesidad de sistematizar dichos procesos para llevar un control adecuado de los mismos y ayudar en la toma de decisiones. Con la implementación del software se desea cubrir requerimientos solicitados por la empresa que conlleve a la mejora continua. La aplicación es fácil de usar, constituida por interfaces intuitivas que permiten un mejor control desde el manejo de materia prima o producto que se crea hasta la entrega de informes que a diario se solicitan. Se podrá hacer uso del software 24/7 brindando mayor comodidad al usuario pues indistintamente de la hora, esta permite su ingreso, modificación y cierre sin dificultad.
