Description: This project is a proposal of an approach focused on the dissemination of the cuisine of the Province of Imbabura in the capital city, considering the large number of Imbabureños inhabitants residing Quito. Before the project was performed, a statistical market research was made to consider the probability that the project will be viable, after which the target population was considered focusing on the highest population density thru age, gender and socioeconomic status in order to identify potential customers. El presente proyecto surge como un planteamiento de una propuesta enfocada en la difusión de la gastronomía de la Provincia de Imbabura en la ciudad capital, considerando que en la ciudad de Quito viven aproximadamente 247.000 habitantes procedentes de la provincia de Imbabura.
