The following thesis work is based on the strategic proposal of the National Police for its management period 2014-2017 whose main objective is to become a more trustworthy and effective institution at national and regional level in regard of citizen security. Therefore, the commitment of all policemen is considered as important in order to achieve the drawn up objectives. Three variables have been considered: the strategic plan of the National Police, internal communication and external communication. In light of this, a diagnostic intervention has been carried out on the performed communication, its understanding and identification with the mentioned plan with the objective to achieve the alignment and commitment of the police officers towards the new strategies posed...
El siguiente trabajo de titulación parte del planteamiento estratégico de la Policía Nacional para su gestión 2014-2017, cuyo principal objetivo es llegar a ser la institución más confiable y efectiva a nivel nacional y regional en seguridad ciudadana, para lo cual se considera importante el compromiso de todos los policías para alcanzar los objetivos trazados. Se identificaron tres variables: el plan estratégico de la Policía Nacional, comunicación interna y comunicación externa, ante lo cual se realizó una intervención diagnóstica sobre la comunicación realizada, su entendimiento e identificación con dicho plan, con el objetivo de conseguir la alineación y compromiso de los servidores policiales hacia las nuevas estrategias planteadas...
