This project is a business plan for the creation of an advertising services company through animated screens with LEO technology. In a first stage of the project is an analysis of the environment by identifying and analyzing history, current status and future outlook for the sector (services) that since 2003 the sector has been growing at an average contribution of 15.48% in the GOP and increasing steadily with an average growth of 0.96% per annum between 2003 until 20083 ; of the industry (advertising), which currently products companies and / or services for about 15% to 20 % of its total budget to the communication of your product, i.e. advertisinq”; and business (animated advertising services through displays with LEO technology). Subsequently, a market research conducted with the overall objective of determining the level of acceptance by the various advertising companies both as products and services found in the city of Quito, in regard to a new alternative advertising. And the result was that 7 out of 10 respondents are willing to hire advertising service through animated displays with LEO Technology, identifying a business opportunity. Having determined the potential business opportunity through the results by market research, the company is assembled internally setting the mission, vision, company values, business principies, business goals, organizational environment, value chain and strategic level. After performing a marketing plan, in order to position the company as a leader in animated advertising services through screens with LEO technology, which is recognized to offer a differentiated service other companies already on the market.
El presente proyecto es un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa de servicios de publicidad animada a través de pantallas con tecnología LED. En una primera etapa del proyecto se realiza un análisis del entorno, determinando y analizando antecedentes, situación actual y previsión para el futuro del sector (servicios), que desde el año 2003 el sector ha venido creciendo con un aporte promedio del 15,48 por ciento en el PIB e incrementándose de forma progresiva con un crecimiento promedio del 0,9 por ciento anual entre los años 2003 hasta 2008; De la industria (publicidad), que en la actualidad, las empresas de productos y/o servicios destinan alrededor del 15 por ciento al 20 por ciento de su presupuesto total a la comunicación de su producto, es decir en publicidad ; Y del negocio (servicios de publicidad animada a través de pantallas con tecnología LED)...
