The main objective of this work is to analyze the import, commercialization and financial processes for the External Fixation Systems available for fractures, to estimate the investment, financing and expected return. The present investigation is of great interest, importance for the managerial area of the company since there will be financial, and analysis tools that allow to know the financial feasibility in the importation of the disposable systems of elongation, compression, external and axial fixation for fractures and thereby improve the economic level of the company. It is important for both the shareholders and employees who economically depend on the development of the company which can bring benefits if it meets their expectations of growth and the same way the customers of the company that receive both the products and services of the same to meet your health needs; the financial analysis will allow the management area to make wise decisions in its organization and business growth and with that it will be recognized nationally and internationally both for its technology and product quality. The development of this work is based on all the knowledge acquired in the Master is and specialization. Finally, the importation and commercialization of the Disposable External Fixation Systems, propose an effective performance for the turn of the business, that is to say they have the acceptance for price and quality in the market of the traumatology are these clinics or hospitals of the public and private sector.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal realizar el análisis de los procesos de importación, comercialización, financiero para los Sistemas de Fijación Externa descartable para fracturas, estimar la inversión, financiamiento y retorno esperado. La presente investigación es de gran interés e importancia para el área gerencial de la empresa ya que se contará con herramientas financieras y de análisis que permitan conocer la factibilidad financiera en la importación de los sistemas descartables de alargamiento, compresión fijación externa distado y axial para fracturas y con ello mejorar el nivel económico de la empresa. Es importante tanto para los accionistas y colaboradores que económicamente dependen del desarrollo de la empresa la cual les pude brindar beneficios si esta logra cumplir sus expectativas de crecimiento y de igual manera a los clientes de la empresa que reciben tanto los productos y servicios de la misma para cubrir sus necesidades de salud; el análisis financiero permitirá que el área gerencial tome decisiones acertadas en su organización y crecimiento empresarial y con ello logre ser reconocida a nivel nacional e internacional tanto por su tecnología y calidad del producto. El desarrollo de este trabajo está basado en todos los conocimientos adquiridos en la Maestría y especialización. Finalmente, la importación y comercialización de los Sistemas de Fijación Externa descartables, proponen un rendimiento efectivo para el giro del negocio, es decir cuentan con la aceptación por precio y calidad en el mercado de la traumatología sean estas clínicas u hospitales del sector público y privado.
