The project is oriented to the implementation of a company that provides oil services, which can be an alternative to solve the needs of the operators, trying to conquer a potential market and for this reason is of vital importance the creation of a company that can comply with all the requirements in an agile and efficient way, filling the market expectations and meeting the identified needs, having as a promise of value a better continuous, stability and long-term profitability for the founding members and other professionals who assume the challenge of taking forward a Entrepreneurship company. The objective of this study is to determine the key factors that will determine the success or failure of a future Ecuadorian company providing services in the hydrocarbon sector, for which the Business Case will be an element that will help us not only raise and evaluate projects, but also also learn to manage them, that is, finish them successfully, in such a way that the requirements are fulfilled and the proposed plans can be carried out.
El proyecto está orientado a la implementación de una empresa prestadora de servicios petroleros, que pueda ser una alternativa para solventar las necesidades que las operadoras, pretendiendo conquistar un mercado potencial y por tal motivo es de vital importancia la creación de una empresa que pueda cumplir con todos los requerimientos de manera ágil y eficiente, llenando las expectativas del mercado y supliendo las necesidades identificadas, teniendo como promesa de valor una mejora continua, estabilidad y rentabilidad a largo plazo para los socios fundadores y demás profesionales que asuman el reto de sacar adelante una empresa de emprendedores. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar los factores claves que determinarán el éxito o fracaso de una futura empresa ecuatoriana prestadora de servicios en el sector hidrocarburífero, para lo cual el Business Case será un elemento que nos ayudará no solo plantear y evaluar los proyectos, sino también aprender a gerenciarlos, es decir, terminarlos con éxito, de tal manera que se cumpla con los requisitos y se puedan llevar a cabo los planes propuestos.
