The current government is committed to encourage and promote the development of tourism in the country. The rehabilitation of the Ecuadorian Railway is part of this development plan, which allows people to revitalize the ancient railway tradition, to get to know and to enjoy the attractions that are to be found in each of its routes. This documentary, "Impressions of a Train Journey", is an audiovisual production made in order to promote tourism by train on the route Quito - Boliche - Quito, which shows a new way to travel from Quito as a safe, attractive, fun, and cultural option. Through this project, people will learn about the history of the train and how works. They will also get to know a little bit about the customs and traditions of the people that live along the route, while seeing the beautiful landscapes...
El actual gobierno está empeñado en fomentar e impulsar el desarrollo turístico en el país. La rehabilitación del ferrocarril ecuatoriano forma parte de este plan de desarrollo, el cual permite revivir la antigua tradición ferroviaria, conocer y disfrutar de los atractivos turísticos que hay en cada una sus rutas. El presente documental “Impresiones de un viaje en tren”, es una producción audiovisual realizada con el fin de fomentar el turismo en tren, en la ruta Quito – Boliche – Quito, mostrando una nueva forma de hacer turismo desde Quito, como una opción segura, atractiva, divertida y cultural. En este proyecto se podrá conocer la historia y funcionamiento del tren, parte de las costumbres y tradiciones de los pueblos por donde pasa y apreciar hermosos paisajes que se pueden observar durante el viaje...
