This thesis investigation aimed to investigate the double presence in workers from a producer, consultant and insurance agency and study how it has affected their professional development, for this a qualitative research was conducted with in-depth interviews and a quantitative research through a questionnaire constructed from the interviews obtaining various data and points of views. The in-depth interviews were applied to 10 workers in the company and the questionnaire to all staff in order to study the first instances of the problem and then replicate to all of the staff getting reliable results. Este trabajo de titulación tuvo como objetivo investigar la doble presencia en las trabajadoras de una agencia productora, asesora de seguros y estudiar cómo ha afectado en su desarrollo profesional, para esto se realizó una investigación cualitativa con entrevistas a profundidad y una investigación cuantitativa a través de un cuestionario construido a partir de las entrevistas obteniendo diversos datos y puntos de vistas. Se aplicó entrevistas a profundidad a 10 trabajadoras de la empresa y la encuesta a todo el personal con el fin de estudiar primero casos particulares de la problemática para luego replicarlo a todo el personal obteniendo resultados confiables.
