The final thesis work presented below is based on the transformation of the San Isidro farm into a hostry. The hostry is a work that focuses on creating a space of recreation and relaxation giving a comfortable accommodation, considering the essence of Hacienda San Isidro. The proposal originated because of the big and different spaces that the farm has and can be adequate for a hostry. In this way the document will be based on accomplishment of studies that contribute to the development of the same. The proposed design and interior architecture present concepts that strengthen the project through a distribution and adequacy of spaces. It will maintain most of the original farm house to give value to it being Ecuadorian architectural heritage.
El trabajo de Final de Carrera que se presenta a continuación, se basa en la Transformación de la Hacienda San Isidro a una hostería. La hostería es un trabajo que se centra en crear un espacio de alojamiento, recreación y relajación dando un ambiente confortable, tomando en cuenta la esencia de la Hacienda San Isidro. La propuesta nace debido a los grandes y diferentes espacios que la hacienda ofrece al poder adecuar estos espacios a una hostería. De esta manera el documento se basara en la realización de estudios que aporten al desarrollo del mismo. La propuesta de diseño y arquitectura interior plantea conceptos que fortalecen al proyecto a través de una distribución y adecuación de espacios. Se va a mantener en su mayoría la casa de hacienda original para darle valor a esta casa siendo Patrimonio Arquitectónico del Ecuador.
