Propuesta interiorista para la creación de espacios educativos y de investigación en artes circenses

Description

This project presents a proposal interior designer to create places targeting the circus arts in the city of Quito, the project to intervene is located in the old airport Mariscal Sucre in the Amazonas Avenue, current Bicentenario park, which was inaugurated on April 27, 2013, with 125 hectares is one of the city of largest green spaces, this is why the chosen building is suitable for the implementation of a center of circus arts, spatial and functional characteristics both inwards and outwards. The building consists of three floors, with a total area of 4023 m2. The interior of the building layout is in the shape of a “C” in the three plants and in the central part there is a large area of 1342 m2 at triple point, where all the practical and artistic part of the project will be developed. For its creative development is chosen the movement, as a concept generator design, since the activity of an act was born in the circus arts through one or more bodily movements; in this way it breaks completely with the linearity of the existing current project. The concept will be unified visually in floors, walls and ceiling with the use of materials, colors, textures, natural and artificial lighting, vegetation and tense structures.
El presente proyecto plantea una propuesta interiorista para crear espacios dirigidos a las artes circenses en la ciudad de Quito, el proyecto a intervenir se encuentra bicado en el antiguo aeropuerto Mariscal Sucre en la Avenida Amazonas, actual parque Bicentenario, que fue inaugurado el 27 de abril de 2013, con 125 hectáreas es uno de los espacios verdes más grandes de la ciudad, es por esto que la edificación escogida es apta para la implementación de un centro de artes circenses, por sus características funcionales y espaciales tanto hacia el interior como hacia el exterior. La edificación consta de tres plantas, con un área total de 4023m2.La distribución interior de la edificación es en forma de una “C” en las tres plantas y en la parte central existe una gran área de 1342 m2 a triple altura, donde se desarrollará toda la parte práctica y artística del proyecto. Para su desarrollo creativo se elige el movimiento, como concepto generador de diseño, debido a que en las artes circenses la actividad de un acto nace a través de uno o varios movimientos corporales; de esta manera se rompe totalmente con la linealidad del proyecto actual existente. El concepto se verá unificado visualmente en pisos, paredes, cielo raso con el uso de materiales, colores, texturas, iluminación natural y artificial, vegetación y tenso-estructuras.
