La propuesta de regeneración urbana en “El Panecillo” se la realizó para dar un cambio total al mirador en el aspecto de bancas, luminarias, basureros, infografías, y principalmente en la señalética del lugar. Este proyecto se realizó tomando en cuenta 3 de los aspectos más importantes del mirador , turismo, histórico, y moderno, los cuales nos llevaron a realizar una imagen corporativa global específica y notable en las curvas de la escultura de la virgen, así se empezó a diseñar todo el mobiliario urbano y la señalética del mirador, también para dar a conocer más al mirador se trabajará con redes sociales, Facebook , YouTube, Twitter, y la página web del mirador ya que por esa página se harán reservas para los tours hacia el panecillo, hospedajes y visitas a otros importantes sitios turísticos de Quito. De esta manera el mirador logrará tener una importancia turística mucho más notoria nacional e internacionalmente y servirá mucho para que la gente de la ciudad valore más lo que significa este mirador y Quito siga siendo un patrimonio cultural de la humanidad.
