Description

The present work describes the improvement to the preventive maintenance plan already existing in the area of Support Teams of the company Aerogal, this improvement will be applied to the motorized support equipment in ramp the same that intervene in the operation when an aircraft arrives at the airport. The improvement to the preventive maintenance plan has the objective of increasing the availability and safety of the equipment, for its ramp operation in an efficient and safe way on the part of the operators and thus contribute to a correct service to the aircraft. For the improvement of the preventive maintenance plan, a diagnosis was made to the whole system that includes the preventive maintenance plan from the ones that generate the work order to those who carry out the activity, passing through a diagnosis to the motorized equipment and the warehouse. Work orders of the maintenance program for motorized equipment were corrected and improved, the same that consists of tasks that were structured according to the manual of the equipment. An analysis was performed to weigh the most critical equipment, which should be immediately implemented in the maintenance program. In the process, the spare parts and their locations are coded, which allows a control of inventory. To carry out a control over the maintenance program, we implemented indicators that allow us to act on the failures.
El presente trabajo describe el mejoramiento al plan de mantenimiento preventivo ya existente en el área de Equipos de Apoyo de la empresa Aerogal, este mejoramiento se aplicara al equipo motorizado de apoyo en rampa el mismo que intervienen en la operación cuando una aeronave llega al aeropuerto. El mejoramiento al plan de mantenimiento preventivo tiene el objetivo de aumentar la disponibilidad y seguridad de los equipos, para su operación en rampa de manera eficiente y segura por parte de los operarios y así contribuir a un correcto servicio a la aeronave. Para el mejoramiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo primero se realizó un diagnóstico a todo el sistema que abarca el plan de mantenimiento preventivo desde los que generan la orden de trabajo hasta los que realizan la actividad, pasando por un diagnóstico a los equipos motorizados y la bodega. Se corrigió y mejoro las órdenes de trabajo del programa de mantenimiento para los equipos motorizados, el mismo que consta con tareas que se estructuraron de acuerdo al manual de los equipos. Se realizó un análisis para ponderar los equipos más críticos, a los que se les debe implementar inmediatamente el programa de mantenimiento. En el proceso se codifico los repuestos y las ubicaciones de los mismos, lo que permite llevar un control de inventario. Para llevar un control sobre el programa de mantenimiento se implementó indicadores que permitan actuar sobre las falencias.
