La investigación se centra en determinar la factibilidad de la implementación de un hotel tipo boutique en el sector de Fico a ciudad de Ambato, por lo que el estudio se ha dividido en nueve capítulos los cuales se han estructurado de forma ordenada y lógica para facilitar el desarrollo de la información.
