The general objective that was proposed was: To carry out an ethnographic study of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the inhabitants of Chillanes Parish - Bolívar Province, year 2017; the specific objectives: 1) Determine, based on observation techniques and interviews, a diagnosis of the activities, procedures, scene and ethnographic subjects of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the inhabitants of the Chillanes parish. 2) Inventory the intangible cultural heritage owned by the Chillanes parish; and 3) Develop a Plan of Cultural Revitalization for the Chillanes parish. Based on the techniques of observation and interviews, it has been possible to obtain a real diagnosis of the activities, procedures, scene and ethnographic subjects of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the inhabitants of the Chillanes parish; In the same way, the intangible cultural heritage of the Chillanes parish has been identified, characterized and inventoried, which describes the assets that have a patrimonial valuation and therefore exceptional values that should be protected, conserved and disseminated; and, finally, a Cultural Revitalization Plan has been prepared for the Chillanes parish.
La parroquia Chillanes goza de una estratégica ubicación, su riqueza natural y cultural es predominante, la apertura de sus habitantes constituyen un importante potencial turístico. El presente estudio está enmarcado en el tipo de investigación aplicada, exploratoria, descriptiva y de campo; se utilizaron los métodos inductivo, deductivo, histórico lógico, teórico, bibliográfico y descriptivo; las técnicas e instrumentos para la obtención de datos fueron la entrevista y la observación. El objetivo general que se propuso fue: Realizar un estudio etnográfico del Patrimonio Cultural Intangible de los habitantes de la Parroquia Chillanes - Provincia Bolívar, año 2017; los objetivos específicos: 1) Determinar en base a técnicas de observación y entrevistas un diagnóstico de las actividades, procedimientos, escena y sujetos etnográficos del Patrimonio Cultural Intangible de los habitantes de la Parroquia Chillanes. 2) Inventariar el patrimonio cultural intangible que posee la Parroquia Chillanes; y 3) Elaborar un Plan de Revitalización Cultural para la Parroquia Chillanes. En base a las técnicas de observación y entrevistas se ha logrado obtener un diagnóstico real de las actividades, procedimientos, escena y sujetos etnográficos del Patrimonio Cultural Intangible de los habitantes de la Parroquia Chillanes; de la misma manera se ha identificado, caracterizado e inventariado el patrimonio cultural intangible de la Parroquia Chillanes, el mismo que describe los bienes que tienen una valoración patrimonial y por tanto valores excepcionales que deben ser protegidos, conservados y difundidos; y, finalmente se ha elaborado un Plan de Revitalización Cultural para la Parroquia Chillanes.
