The present research project aims to determine the impact of a computer system for the control of weekly activities carried out by technicians in the projects of the Provincial Agricultural Directorate of Bolivar, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, 2017. The formulation of the problem is the following: How does the lack of a computer system affect to the weekly activities carried out by the technicians in the projects of the Provincial Agricultural Directorate of Bolívar, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, year 2017? The hypothesis is the following: With the implementation of a computer system will improve the control of weekly activities carried out by technicians in the projects of the Provincial Agricultural Directorate of Bolivar in the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock? In order to know the different processes, different methods, techniques and research instruments were used, such as observation, the survey directed to the technicians who carry out weekly planning, consolidation and monitoring of activities, the same that help to obtain information and to understand the context of how the processes are carried out in order to automate them through the implementation of the system. The system (SPCA) was implemented to control weekly activities carried out by technicians in the projects, applying software engineering, using the methodology (RAD), the use of free software, programming languages such as Java Script, PHP5, language of HTML tags, AJAX for them application to be interactive, Boostrap 3 as Frameword CSS and as a PostgreSQL database. By calculating the Chi square based on the surveys applied, improvements are demonstrated with the automated system for the planning and control processes of weekly activities carried out by technicians in the projects of the Provincial Agricultural Directorate of Bolívar, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, thus checking the hypothesis. El presente proyecto de investigación pretende determinar la incidencia de un sistema informático para el control de actividades semanales que realizan los técnicos en los proyectos de la Dirección Provincial Agropecuaria de Bolívar, Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, año 2017. La formulación del problema es la siguiente: ¿Cómo incide la falta de un sistema informático para el control de actividades semanales que realizan los técnicos en los proyectos de la Dirección Provincial Agropecuaria de Bolívar, Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, año 2017? La Hipótesis es la siguiente: ¿Con la implementación de un sistema informático mejorará el control de actividades semanales que realizan los técnicos en los proyectos de la Dirección Provincial Agropecuaria de Bolívar en el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería? Para conocer los distintos procesos se utilizaron diferentes métodos, técnicas e instrumentos de investigación como la observación, la encuesta dirigida a los técnicos que realizan planificación semanal, consolidación y además entrevista a los técnicos que tienen la función de consolidación y seguimiento de actividades, las mismas que ayudan a obtener información y a comprender el contexto de cómo se llevan los procesos para automatizarlos a través de la implementación del sistema. El sistema (SPCA) se implementó para el registro y control de las actividades semanales que realizan los técnicos en los proyectos, aplicando la ingeniería de software, utilizando la metodología (RAD), el uso de Software libre, lenguajes de programación como Java Script, PHP5, lenguaje de etiquetas HTML, AJAX para que la aplicación sea interactiva, Boostrap 3 como Frameword CSS y como base de datos PostgreSQL. Mediante el cálculo del Chi cuadrado en base a las encuestas aplicadas se demuestra mejoras con el sistema automatizado para los procesos de planificación y control de actividades semanales que realizan los técnicos en los proyectos de la Dirección Provincial Agropecuaria de Bolívar, Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, comprobando así la hipótesis.
