Muchos profesores de idiomas en los centros educativos y entre ellos los del colegio Fiscal Gral. Vicente Anda Aguirre, no dedican mucho tiempo para enseñar fonética por considerar que otras áreas del proceso son más beneficiosas para aprender el idioma inglés. Sin embargo, la fonética se debe conocer al momento de aprender cualquier idioma y además enseñarla permite aprender grafemas, esto es que en el inglés no se escribe literalmente como se pronuncia. En la didáctica de la enseñanza de las lenguas extranjeras se brinda especial atención a la gramática, el vocabulario, y también a la práctica de las habilidades orales. Sin embargo, la atención a la pronunciación ha sido relegada a pesar de su importante rol en el proceso comunicativo. Durante la investigación se buscaron elementos bibliográficos que fundamentan los contenidos teóricos que respaldan los estudios de la fonética del inglés como base para el dominio de la pronunciación de este idioma. Se hace referencia a varios métodos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, de los cuáles se consideraron aquellas que se incluyen en la propuesta de solución. Se pudo identificar algunos problemas durante el análisis de la recolección de datos se incluye los resultados estadísticos que resultaron de la consulta a los docentes de inglés del colegio seleccionado. El cumplimiento de uno de los propósitos de este trabajo se produce al presentar una propuesta pedagógica innovadora para la enseñanza de la pronunciación del inglés como lengua extranjera basada fundamentalmente en la realización de tareas que combinan fluidez con precisión lingüística, seguidas de un período de reflexión y análisis. Hay mucha gente que ya sabe mucho Inglés, ya porque han estudiado en su país, ya porque han vivido en Estados Unidos, pero no tienen confianza al hablar porque su pronunciación tiene un marcado acento hispano. Hay otros que no tienen miedo de hablar pero podrían hacerlo mucho mejor si hablaran con mejor acento.

Nevertheless, the phonetics must be known to the moment to learn any language and in addition teach her allows to learn grafemas, this is that in the Englishman he does not write himself literally like one declares. In the didactics of the education of the foreign languages there is offered special attention to the grammar, the vocabulary, and also to the practice of the oral skills. Nevertheless, the attention to the pronunciation has been relegated in spite of his important role in the communicative process. During the investigation in the first chapter bibliographical information was obtained where there develop theoretical foundations that endorse the studies of the phonetics of the Englishman as base for the domain of the pronunciation of this language. One refers to several methods of education and learning of the phonetics of the Englishman, of which they will be considered to be those that are included in the offer of solution. In the chapter two the methodological part develops, where to more of identifying the processes of compilation of information there is included the analysis of the statistical results that ensued from the consultation to the teachers of Englishman of the college selected for the present study. The intention of this work is to present a pedagogic innovative offer for the education of the pronunciation of the Englishman as foreign language based fundamentally on the accomplishment of tasks that combine fluency accurately linguistic, followed by a period of reflection and analysis. There are many people who already knows enough English, already because they have studied in his country, already because they have lived in The United States, but they do not have confidence on having spoken because his pronunciation has a marked Hispanic accent. There are others that are not afraid of speaking but they might make it much better if they were speaking with better accent.
