Las Políticas de desarrollo del País están impulsando emprendimientos en el área del Turismo y la Hotelería, planteándose la implementación de paraderos turísticos que brinden alimentación típica, motivando así la generación de proyectos de inversión destinado a este objetivo para la satisfacción de las necesidades de los Turistas, Pasajeros, Viajeros o Residentes de una Localidad. La presente investigación comprende el diseño y la planificación de actividades interrelacionadas y coordinadas de un proyecto turístico como son: estudios, análisis y evaluaciones; que ponen a prueba la factibilidad para la implementación de un Paradero Turístico en el Recinto Illuví en la vía Guaranda - Echeandía que orientados en objetivos aporten positivamente al desarrollo turístico, social y económico de la zona. La aplicación del proyecto motivará el emprendimiento en el recinto Illuví en la vía Guaranda - Echeandía, donde se requiere de establecimientos turísticos y de alimentación. El desarrollo turístico actual a nivel Nacional es prioridad del Gobierno Nacional para facilitar el progreso turístico en las comunidades se abre la oportunidad para impulsar el presente proyecto de inversión cuyo título es: “PROYECTO DE Inversión Para La Creación De Un Paradero Turístico De Comidas Típicas En El Sector De Illuví Km. 24 De La Vía Guanujo - Echeandía, Cantón Guaranda, Provincia BOLÍVAR, AÑO 2012”; que fue desarrollado y evaluado partiendo de los estudios de factibilidad, lo que abre un escenario favorable para su aplicación, cuyos beneficiarios directos serán los turistas, transportistas; pasajeros y comunidad que circulan por la vía y demandan el servicio de alimentación.
