This degree work, "Automating the billing system, invoicing and sales for the Administrative Board of Drinking Water Dureno parish (JAAPD) Region Lago Agrio in Sucumbios province, 2009-2010", is meeting all expectations established by the developers and the Institution in general. The research aimed to develop and implement an automated system that is tailored to the needs requested by the Administrative Board of drinking water in the parish Dureno Region Lago Agrio in Sucumbios province, that the institution succeeds in establishing new information technologies and communication (ICTs) and assist in community development. To run the investigation, the following methods were applied: systemic, systematic-analytical literature, because the characteristics of the subject requires it; then the process of collecting and analyzing data through interviews and surveys of key players involved in the issue, the same that have been encoded in the tables to define the results specifying their interpretations. With surveys raised the inhabitants of the Dureno parish, it was confirming the need to develop the computer system previously proposed, on the other hand, the interviews it was possible to clarify certain questions about the system, it also served to make adjustments thereof These were addressed to the interface, information management, system orientation, etc; while direct observation helped us to check and verify how the information is handled the same as it was focused on the (JAAPD) in the areas of warehouse, accounting, secretarial and management. To apply software engineering in our automated billing system, invoicing and sales for the governing board of drinking water Dureno (JAAPD) parish, we chose software engineering object-oriented (OO), this methodology provided the necessary guarantees for the analysis, design, coding, and installation of the above system, obtaining benefits: the reuse of source computer system portability, flexibility, adaptability and interactive design code; thus assisting and facilitating the use thereof.
El presente trabajo de grado, “Automatización del sistema de cobros, facturación y ventas para la Junta Administradora de Agua Potable de la parroquia Dureno (JAAPD), cantón Lago Agrio provincia de Sucumbíos, año 2009-2010”, está cumpliendo con todas las expectativas establecidas por los desarrolladores y la Institución en general. La investigación tuvo como finalidad desarrollar e implementar un sistema automatizado que esté acorde a las necesidades solicitadas por la junta administradora de agua potable de la parroquia Dureno, cantón Lago Agrio provincia de Sucumbíos, para que dicha institución logre establecer nuevas tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (NTICs) y ayuden en el desarrollo de la comunidad. Para ejecutar la investigación, se aplicó los siguientes métodos: sistemático, sistemático-analítico, bibliográfico, porque las características del tema así lo requieren; a continuación el proceso de recopilación y análisis de datos mediante las entrevistas y encuestas aplicadas a los principales actores involucrados en el tema, las mismas que han sido codificadas en las tablas para definir sus resultados precisando sus interpretaciones. Con las encuestas planteadas a los habitantes de la parroquia Dureno, se llegó a confirmar la necesidad de elaborar el sistema informático propuesto con anterioridad, por otro lado, con las entrevistas se logró aclarar ciertas interrogantes sobre dicho sistema, también sirvió para realizar ajustes del mismo, estos estaban dirigidos a la interfaz, manejo de información, orientación del sistema, etc; mientras que la observación directa nos ayudó para verificar y constatar la forma como se maneja la información, la misma que estaba enfocada en la (JAAPD) en las áreas de bodega, contabilidad, secretaria y gerencia. Para aplicar la ingeniería del software en nuestro sistema automatizado de cobros, facturación y ventas para la junta administradora de agua potable de la parroquia Dureno (JAAPD), se optó por la ingeniería de software orientada a objetos (P.O.O), este tipo de metodología brindó las garantías necesarias durante el análisis, diseño, codificación, e instalación del sistema antes mencionado, obteniendo beneficios como: la reutilización del código fuente, portabilidad del sistema informático, flexibilidad, adaptabilidad y diseño interactivo; de esa manera ayudando y facilitando la utilización del mismo.
