Description

The purpose of this research project is to analyze, parameterize and implement a collaborative tool that adapts to the training needs of the School of Systems, due to the lack of analysis of tools to support the learning methodology. During the research process analytical-synthetic methods were used for the analysis of the free and proprietary software collaborative tools and the inductive-deductive method to parameterize the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each of them, the collaborative tools that were analyzed being these: Yugma, Vyew, WizIQ, Anymeeting, Skype, Appear.in, Google Hangouts, Videolink2.me, Meetin.gs, Twiddla, ClassOnlive, Zoom, Webex, PalTalk, Meetingburner, MeetingBurner, Fuze Meeting, TinyChat, BlueJeans, OpenMeetings, BigBlueButtonBN. Once the analysis is concluded, the hypothesis and implementation of the collaborative videoconference tools BigBlueButtonBN in the School of Systems as support for the training of teachers and students is proceded.
El propósito de este proyecto de investigación es analizar, parametrizar e implementar una herramienta de colaboración que se adapte a las necesidades de capacitación en la Escuela de Sistemas, debido a la falta de análisis de herramientas para apoyar la metodología de aprendizaje. Durante el proceso de investigación se utilizaron métodos analítico-sintéticos para el análisis de herramientas colaborativas de software libre y propietario y el método inductivo-deductivo para parametrizar las características, ventajas y desventajas de cada uno de ellos, las herramientas de colaboración que se analizaron fueron estas: Yugma , Vyew, WizIQ, Anymeeting, Skype, Appear.in, Google Hangouts, Videolink2.me, Meetin.gs, Twiddla, ClassOnlive, Zoom, Webex, PalTalk, Meetingburner, MeetingBurner, Fuze Meeting, TinyChat, BlueJeans, OpenMeetings, BigBlueButtonBN. Una vez concluido el análisis, se procede a la implementación de las herramientas de videoconferencia colaborativa BigBlueButtonBN en la Escuela de Sistemas y finalmente a la comprobación de la hipótesis determinando valores cuantitativos en beneficio de la formación de docentes y estudiantes.
