Uso de diferentes dosis de citrinal como promotor de crecimiento en la fase de inicio y crecimiento en pollos de engorde en la provincia de Bolívar

En los últimos años la industria avícola crece cada día más llegando en el año 2000 a tener una población avícola de 115,4 millones de aves. Con una ganancia de peso en broilers de entre 50 y 61 gramos diarios. En el Ecuador el consumo anual de carne de pollo es de 22 kilos por habitante. La finalidad de este trabajo investigativo se basa en la necesidad que tiene el productor avícola de obtener unos mejores pollos tanto en crecimiento y peso con el uso de los acidificantes (PC), es por eso que nos hemos propuesto probar la aplicación de CITRINAL (promotor de crecimiento), en pollos broilers. Los principales objetivos planteados en esta investigación fueron: evaluar el efecto del promotor de crecimiento citrinal en el desarrollo, del pollo broilers aplicado en diferentes dosis. Comprobar cuál de las dosis administradas de CITRINAL tiene mejor comportamiento en el desarrollo diario de pollos. Determinar la rentabilidad económica de la explotación de los pollos Broilers. La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la parroquia San José – Cantón Chimbo – Provincia Bolívar. El barrio Tamban ubicado al nor-oeste de la provincia de Bolívar. Los principales resultados obtenidos en esta investigación fueron: en lo que se refiere al peso final evaluado en pollos broilers a los 49 días, que fueron sometidos al estudio con tres dosis de citrinal, se registró el mejor peso en el tratamiento T3 (9 gr de citrinal) con 2590.22 g/ave. La mejor respuesta en cuanto a la ganancia corporal de peso a los 49 días se obtuvo al aplicar en la dieta de los pollos, citrinal en una dosis de 9 gr/kg de balanceado (T3) con 2548.08 g/ave. La mayor eficiencia en conversión alimenticia total de los pollos en estudio se registró en el T3 con 2.18 unidades. La menor mortalidad de los pollos en esta investigación se registró en el T2 Y T3 con un 2 % de morbilidad durante el estudio. En lo que se refiere al análisis económico la mejor alternativa fue el T3 con un ingreso neto de $ 10.40 USD; una relación beneficio/costo de $ 1.19 USD y una RI/C de $ 0.19 USD

The main research results were sta: In regard to the final weight in broilers evaluated at 49 days, they were subjected to the study of three doses of Citrinal, best weight was recorded in treatment T3 (9 g Citrinal) to 2590.22 g / bird. The best response in terms of body weight gain at 49 days was obtained with the diet of chickens, Citrinal at a dose of 9 g / kg of balanced (T3) with 2548.08 g / bird. The feed conversion efficiency in broilers in total was recorded in the studio with 2.18 T3 units. The lower mortality of chickens in this study occurred in the T2 and T3 with 2% of disease during the study.
