La investigación cuali-cuantitativa: EFECTIVIDAD EN LA APLICACIÓN DE MEDIDAS DE BIOSEGURIDAD POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL DE ENFERMERÌA EN EL MANEJO DE PACIENTES CON KLEIBSELLA PNEUMONIAE CARBAPENEMASA EN EL ÀREA DE LA UNIDAD DE CUIDADOS INTENSIVOS DE EMERGENCIA DEL HOSPITAL LUIS VERNAZA DE LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL EN EL PERIODO MARZO- SEPTIEMBRE 2014, es una investigación que tiene correspondencia con las NORMAS DE BIOSEGURIDAD La investigación presenta cuatro capítulos: El capítulo I, aborda desde la abstracción el análisis y síntesis, el posicionamiento intelectivo y científico de múltiples teóricos que han estudiado efectividad en la aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad por parte del personal de enfermería en el manejo de pacientes con Klebsiella Pneumoniae Carbapenemasa en el área de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de emergencia del Hospital Luis Vernaza, Además encontraremos la aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad que se debe emplear de acuerdo a la condición que el paciente presente, debido a que la bacteria es altamente trasmisible por contacto ya sea directo o indirecto existen NORMAS DE BIOSEGURIDAD las cuales deben ser ejecutadas de cautelosamente a fin de mantener la salud del paciente salvaguardada. La bacteria KLEIBSELLA PNEUMONAE CARBAPENEMASA constituye una forma de microorganismo que tiene la capacidad de hidrolizar betalactámicos inhibiendo la capacidad de los antibióticos para contrarrestar esta infección, debido a esto es importante que todos los trabajadores de la salud trabajemos en equipo para ayudar a disminuir los altos índices que se presentan acerca de esta infección que se ha convertido en los últimos años en una situación alarmante en el ámbito de la salud. XIII El capítulo II, hace énfasis en la direccionalidad metódico-indagativa que caracteriza a la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa: métodos, técnicas, procedimientos, universo investigado y su incidencia in situ del proceso investigativo, así como la generación de una propuesta tangible reveladas a partir de un diagnóstico fáctico y la utilidad metodológica que aportará un instrumento cualitativo mediante efectividad en la aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad por parte del personal de enfermería en el manejo de pacientes con Klebsiella Pneumoniae Carbapenemasa en el área de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de emergencia del Hospital Luis Vernaza, El capítulo III, mediante la aplicación de instrumentos de recolección de información primaria: para determinar la efectividad en la aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad por parte del personal de enfermería en el manejo de pacientes con Klebsiella Pneumoniae Carbapenemasa en el área de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de emergencia del Hospital Luis Vernaza, que operacionalizadas mediante el método dialéctico-crítico se presenta una descripción hermenéutica:, el análisis respectivo de los instrumentos con el propósito comprobar la valoración causal que pondera los defectibles observables en el proceso. El capítulo IV, emerge con una propuesta: Elaboración de un protocolo de medidas de bioseguridad para pacientes Klebsiella Pneumoniae Carbapenemasa en el área de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de emergencia del Hospital Luis Vernaza.

The bacteria KLEIBSELLA PNEUMONAE carbapenemase a form of microorganism having the ability to hydrolyze beta-lactam inhibiting the ability of antibiotics to counter this infection because this is important for all health workers work together to help reduce the high rates presented on this infection that has become in recent years in an alarming situation in the field of health. XIII Chapter II, emphasizes the methodical-indagativa directionality that characterizes the qualitative and quantitative research: methods, techniques, procedures, investigated universe and its incidence in situ of the investigative process and generating a tangible proposal revealed from a factual and methodological diagnostic utility that will provide a qualitative instrument through effective application of biosecurity measures by the nurses in the management of patients with Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase in the area of Intensive Care Unit Luis Hospital Emergency Vernaza, Chapter III, by applying tools for collecting primary information: To determine the effectiveness of the application of biosecurity measures by the nurses in the management of patients with Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase in the area of the Intensive Care Unit Luis Vernaza Emergency Hospital, which operationalized through the dialectical-critical method hermeneutics description is :, the respective analysis of the instruments in order to check the causal assessment that weighs defectibles observable in the process.
