The present ethnographic study consists in the description of the Cultural Patrimony that the Salinas parish has based on the collaboration provided by the population of the Salinas parish town center and the communities of Yuraucsha, Pachancho and Rincon de los Andes, these people gave us valuable information for our research since they are witnesses of these cultural processes, also in Salinas in the info center information was collected for our study. In our research we could see a problem, which is related to the advancement of technology and visit of tourists since young people are adapting new customs and therefore losing interest in knowing and conserving their cultural roots, this leads to Older adults have no one to transmit their experiences and knowledge, giving way to their loss over time. The inhabitants of the parish are very kind and respectful collaborators with their visitors so it was easy for us to develop the interview directed to different people of Salinas, this interview consisted of questions related to the Cultural Heritage of the sector in which the interviewee could respond from Free and personal way your criteria. With this ethnographic study we have made it is intended to show the cultural heritage that exists in the Salinas parish by means of a written document, and also to be able to promote it through a tourist guide that we have designed. El presente estudio etnográfico consiste en la descripción del Patrimonio Cultural que tiene la parroquia Salinas basado en la colaboración proporcionada por la población de la parroquia Salinas casco urbano y las comunidades de Yuraucsha, Pachancho y Rincón de los Andes, estas personas nos proporcionaron valiosa información para esta investigación ya que ellos son testigos de estos procesos culturales, también en Salinas en el infocentro se recopilo información para nuestro estudio. En nuestra investigación se pudo evidenciar un problema, que está relacionado con el avance de la tecnología y visita de turistas ya que los jóvenes están adaptando nuevas costumbres y por ende van perdiendo el interés de conocer y conservar sus raíces culturales, esto lleva a que los adultos mayores no tengan a quien transmitir sus experiencias y conocimientos, dando paso a su pérdida con el pasar del tiempo. Los habitantes de la parroquia son muy amables respetuosos y colaboradores con sus visitantes por lo que se nos hizo fácil desarrollar la entrevista dirigida a diferentes personas de Salinas, esta entrevista constaba de preguntas relacionadas al Patrimonio Cultural del sector en la cual el entrevistado podía responder de forma libre y personal su criterio. Con este estudio etnográfico que hemos realizado se pretende evidenciar el patrimonio cultural que existe en la parroquia Salinas mediante un documento escrito, y también poder promocionarlo a través de una guía turística que hemos diseñado.
