The Naturist Center "Fitness" starts its activities in the City of Caluma in January 2007; in nearly five years of a system it never applied Accounting to let you know for sure the state in which it is located, its heritage and whether it is profitable. This allows the respective research by applying a survey of the owner of the premises agrees to provide information and implement the new system promises to propose, considering the absence of this prevents timely, reliable information and see to take decisions. The lack of records and accounting control, makes the owner does not know As has invested, how much money you actually have, or the stock of products and drugs available. The purpose of this work is to design and implement a system Accountant or Accounting Software that allows the Naturist Center "Fitness" know your financial status and take action. If we consider that the accounting system is a set of procedures, records and equipment made available to the microenterprise permanently to know their status and financial position, to take corrective or improvement; it is known that constitutes a weapon powerful to succeed. After the diagnosis made, it is recommended: to develop and implement in the form immediately the accounting system "Monica 8.5" according to the sales activity products and natural medicines; which comprises the Journal Book, Records Accountants, Proof of Income and Expenses, Invoices, Reporting and Accounting other tools that give to know about the financial status of the Microenterprise. This new system has many advantages, among which we note: ideal for this type of business because invoice, inventory controls, performs list Prices and only need to install it, have on hand a laptop or put it on net, it is easy to install and does not require who operates large accounting skills. It should also be noted that this new accounting system creates Invoices, Inventory, Kardex, Accounts Receivable, Financial Statement, Accounts Payable; and everything related to accounting to know the status of microenterprise minute minute. This proposal is already being applied successfully in the Naturist Center "Life Sana "Caluma City. The new accounting system "Monica 8.5" has radically changed the mission, vision and goals of microenterprise and it shows from and progress and a certainty know what you have in merchandise and money. More research work to show the problem, let find right tool to know at any moment the financial status and take right decisions to improve business.
El Centro Naturista “Vida Sana” inicia sus actividades en la Ciudad de Caluma en enero del año 2007; en casi cinco años de existencia nunca se aplicó un Sistema Contable que le permita saber a ciencia cierta el estado en el que se encuentra, su patrimonio y si es o no rentable. Esto, permite realizar la investigación respectiva mediante la aplicación de una encuesta a la propietaria del local que acepta proporcionar la información y se compromete aplicar el nuevo sistema a proponer, considerando que la ausencia de éste impide disponer de información oportuna, confiable y verás para poder tomar decisiones. La inexistencia de Registros y Control Contable, hace que la propietaria no sepa cuanto tiene invertido, cuánto dinero tiene actualmente, ni el stock de productos y medicamentos disponibles. El propósito del presente trabajo es diseñar y poner en funcionamiento un Sistema Contable o Software Contable que le permita al Centro Naturista “Vida Sana” conocer su estado financiero y tomar acciones concretas. Si tomamos en consideración que el Sistema Contable es un conjunto de procedimientos, registros y equipos que se ponen a disposición de la microempresa en forma permanente para saber su estado y posición financiera, como para tomar correctivos o mejorarla; es sabido que constituye un arma poderosa para salir adelante. Luego del diagnóstico realizado, se recomienda: elaborar e implementar en forma inmediata el Sistema Contable “Mónica 8.5” acorde a la actividad de venta de productos y medicamentos naturales; donde comprenda el Libro Diario, Registros Contables, Comprobantes de Ingresos y Egresos, Facturas, Informes Contables y demás herramientas que den a saber sobre el estado financiero de la Microempresa. Este nuevo sistema tiene muchas bondades entre las que podemos señalar: es ideal para este tipo de negocio porque factura, controla el inventario, realiza la lista de precios y solo necesita instalarlo, tener a la mano una computadora portátil o ponerlo en red, es de fácil instalación y quien opera no necesita de amplios conocimientos de contabilidad. Cabe indicar también que este nuevo Sistema Contable crea Facturas, Inventarios, Kardex, Cuentas por Cobrar, Estado de Cuentas, Cuentas por Pagar; y, todo lo relacionado a la contabilidad para saber la situación de la microempresa minuto a minuto. Esta propuesta ya está siendo aplicada con éxito en el Centro Naturista “Vida Sana” de la Ciudad de Caluma. El nuevo Sistema Contable “Mónica 8.5” ha cambiado radicalmente la misión, visión y metas de la microempresa y se nota desde ya un progreso y una certeza de saber lo que se tiene en mercadería y en dinero. El trabajo investigativo a más de demostrar la problemática, permitió encontrar la herramienta adecuada para saber a cada momento el estado financiero y tomar las decisiones correctas para mejorar el negocio.
