There was used the methodology of exploratory investigation of field as the quantitative investigation realizing a statistical and numerical analysis, and the qualitative investigation realizing descriptions of the qualities and characteristics found in the trascurso of the investigation and the application of the used skills of investigation there were the surveys applied to the population of study of take care of Guaranda. The realized investigation has decided that the socio-economic factors that more influence the creation of new companies are: The most excellent social factor is the Motivation to tackle, that it is realized by the need, level of education, generation of employment, as for the Economic thing, there are the most common Financing routes they are those who gain access to a Bank loan, between others, There was a methodological analysis it was determined that the internal factors more central in the creation of new businesses in the city of Guaranda are: strategic location of the business, academic level professional experience in entrepreneurial activity. 1
En la cuidad de Guaranda en particular se caracteriza por poseer personas emprendedoras, que motivo la realización del estudio enfocado en determinar los factores socio-económicos que influyen al momento de la creación de empresas, que generen oferta de empleos, por lo cual en la Actualidad es importante realizar investigaciones que permitan conocer los tipos de negocios que se desarrollan en la cuidad de Guaranda, y posteriormente identificar aquellos factores que influyen al momento de iniciar con su empresa o negocios, que hacen posible que para las futuras personas que deseen emprender puedan tener una visión de las características que se debe de tener en cuenta para el éxito de los negocios. Se utilizó la metodología de investigación exploratoria de campo y cuantitativa realizando un análisis estadístico y numérico, la investigación cualitativa realizando análisis de las cualidades y características encontradas en el trascurso de la investigación y la aplicación de las técnicas de investigación utilizadas fueron las encuestas aplicadas a la población de estudio. La investigación realizada se ha determinado que los factores socio-económicos que más influyen en la creación de nuevas empresas son: el factor social más relevante es la motivación para emprender, que se lo realiza por la necesidad, nivel de educación, entre otros., en lo referente a lo económico, son las vías de financiamiento más comunes son las que acceden a un préstamo bancario, entre otros., y se realizó un análisis metodológico se determinó que los factores internos más primordiales en la creación de nuevas empresas en la cuidad de Guaranda son: Ubicación estratégica del negocio, nivel académico, Experiencia, instalaciones propias, etc
