The present Titration Project named: Risk Factors in Relation to the Presence of Gastric Cancer in the Bolivar Province period 2017-2018. Objective: To evaluate the risk factors in relation to the presence of gastric cancer in the province of Bolívar during the period 2017-2018. Method: a Numerical / Documental analysis was made of the data on Gastric Cancer in the 2014-2016 period, as well as the application of a data collection form to identify the risk factors and their incidence. Design: the design applied to the present investigation is Descriptive / Transversal. Results: Through the observation data collection guide, the information corresponding to the prevalence, incidence and mortality rates in the period 2014-2016 was obtained, identifying the relationship of several characteristics such as Age, Gender of the person, BMI, as several Risk Factors, Endoscopy and Histopathogenesis with the development of Gastric Cancer in the person. An education and training plan was carried out for the users, in the rooms of the Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology services of the Hospitals of the Bolívar Province. Conclusions: the incidence of gastric cancer in the Bolivar Province was determined in the period 2014-2016 as well as the identification of the risk factors associated with the development of the disease, to finally apply an education and training plan to prevent the development of Cancer Gastric, through proper nutrition and a good lifestyle, as well as early identification of the signs and symptoms of the disease. El presente Proyecto de Titulación denominado: Factores de Riesgo en Relación a la Presencia de Cáncer Gástrico en la Provincia Bolívar periodo 2017-2018. Objetivo: Evaluar los Factores de Riesgo en Relación a la presencia de Cáncer Gástrico en la provincia de Bolívar durante el periodo 2017-2018. Método: se realizó un análisis Numérico/Documental a los datos sobre Cáncer Gástrico en el periodo 2014-2016, así como la aplicación de una ficha de recolección de datos para identificar los factores de riesgo y su incidencia. Diseño: el diseño aplicado a la presente investigación es Descriptiva/Transversal. Resultados: Mediante la guía de recolección de datos por observación, se obtuvo la información correspondiente a las tasas de prevalencia, incidencia y mortalidad en el periodo 2014-2016, identificando la relación de varias características como Edad, Género de la persona, IMC, así como varios Factores de Riesgo, Endoscopia e Histopatogenia con el desarrollo de Cáncer Gástrico en la persona. Se realizó un plan de educación y capacitación a los usuarios, en las salas de los servicios de Medicina Interna y Gastroenterología del Hospitales de la Provincia Bolívar. Conclusiones: se determinó la incidencia del Cáncer Gástrico en la Provincia Bolívar en el período 2014-2016 así como la identificación de los factores de riesgo asociados al desarrollo de la enfermedad, para finalmente aplicar un plan de educación y capacitación para prevenir el desarrollo de Cáncer Gástrico, a través de una correcta alimentación y un buen estilo de vida, así como la identificación temprana de los signos y síntomas que presenta la enfermedad.
