This research project is carried out with the purpose of developing a manual where general data of the institution is established in relation to inventory control, it is composed of three chapters; in the first part you can identify the background, description of the problem, formulation of the problem and justification, in addition to the general and specific objectives, in the first chapter the theoretical bases that support this research composed of the referential frameworks, geo referential, legal and conceptual; The second chapter describes the types of research, research methods and techniques used in the investigation, such as the survey and the interview; in the third one, the data processing of the research techniques applied to the organizations of the Bolívar Sports Federation is developed. He developed an inventory management and control manual, which is based on policies and procedures that must be followed by the area of the winery benefiting from financial management, with the elaboration of income and progress process flows over time, description of functions of the personnel in charge of the inventories, with the proposal of obtaining a favorable reception by the administration of the institution. El presente proyecto de investigación se realiza con el propósito de la elaboración de un manual donde se establecen datos generales de la institución en relación al control de inventarios, está compuesto por tres capítulos; en la primera parte se puede identificar los antecedentes, descripción del problema, formulación del problema y justificación, además se planteó los objetivos tanto general como específicos, en el primer capítulo se muestra las bases teóricas que sustentan esta investigación comprendidas por los marcos referencial, geo referencial, legal y conceptual; en el segundo capítulo se describe los tipos de investigación, métodos y técnicas de investigación utilizados dentro de la investigación como son la encuesta y la entrevista; en el tercero se desarrolla el procesamiento de datos de las técnicas de investigación aplicadas a los funcionarios de la Federación Deportiva de Bolívar. Se desarrolló un manual del manejo y control de inventarios, el cual se basa en políticas y procedimientos que debe seguir el área de bodega beneficiando a la gestión financiera, con la elaboración de flujogramas de procesos de ingresos y egreso para optimizar tiempo, descripción de funciones del personal a cargo de los inventarios, con la finalidad de conseguir una buena acogida favorable por la administración de la institución.
