It is important that the Administrative Board of Regional Drinking Water Vinchoa, Guaranda Canton, Bolívar Province Year 2017, have an Accounting System for Financial Management. That is why this research aims to know the weaknesses that the Administrative Board of Regional Drinking Water Vinchoa have in the accounting area in order to have a better management of economic resources for which research techniques such as this have been used. As the collection of documents, survey, interview, observation guide which I do to the managers and users of it. The main purpose of the research work is to determine how an adequate Accounting System so that the management and control of economic resources is done quickly and timely at the time of making decisions and thus improve financial management. Chapter I.- The subject, background, problem, justification and theoretical framework is presented. This is divided into a referential frame, it is the reference of the different types of theses made by different authors, geo referential is where the same is located, conceptual are the terms used. Used and applied within research and scientific definitions are taken from other authors, the same ones that help in the investigation of work. Chapter II.- The application of the data collection is reported as well as the surveys made to the users and the corresponding interpretation and analysis of the results obtained in the survey is carried out, which resulted in a result to determine an accounting system, conclusions and recommendations. Chapter III.- The development of the proposal to solve the problem found in the Regional Drinking Water Board of Vinchoa is explained, it is improved through an Accounting System, and the expected results are announced.
Es importante que la Junta Administradora de Agua Potable Regional Vinchoa, Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar Año 2017, cuente con un Sistema Contable para la Gestión Administrativa Financiera. Es por eso que la presente investigación tiene como finalidad conocer las debilidades que tienen la Junta Administradora de Agua Potable Regional Vinchoa en el área contable para de esta manera pueda tener un mejor manejo de los recursos económicos para lo cual se han utilizado técnicas de investigación tales como la recopilación de documentos, encuesta, entrevista, lo cual se lo realizo a los directivos y usuarios de la misma. El objeto principal del trabajo de investigación es de determinar cómo un Sistema Contable adecuado para que el manejo y control de los recursos económicos se lo realice de forma rápida y oportuna en el momento de tomar las decisiones y de esta manera pueda mejorar la Gestión Administrativa Financiera. Capítulo I.- Se presenta el tema, antecedentes, problema, justificación y marco teórico este se divide en marco referencial se trata de los diferentes tipos de tesis realizados por diferentes autores, geo referencial es donde está ubicado la misma, conceptual son los términos que se utilizan y se aplican dentro de la investigación y científico son definiciones tomadas de otros autores, los mismos que ayudan en la investigación. Capítulo II.- Se relata la aplicación de la recopilación de los datos como de las encuestas realizadas a los usuarios y se lo realiza la interpretación y análisis correspondiente de los resultados obtenidos en la encueta lo que se obtuve un resultado para determinar un sistema contable, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Capítulo III.- Se da a conocer el desarrollo de la propuesta para dar solución al problema encontrado en la Junta Administradora de Agua Potable Regional Vinchoa, se mejora a través de un Sistema Contable, además se da a conocer los resultados esperados
