This research project was developed in the Núñez hardware store with the purpose of how an inventory system transcends in the improvement of financial management, based on the research topic, INVENTORY SYSTEM IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FROM THE NÚÑEZ PARROQUIA GUANUJO CANTÓN GUARANDA PARISH HALL TO 2018, is intended to demonstrate that the application of an adequate inventory system in the hardware store as this is an essential tool to help obtain timely and effective administrative information, which contributes to the states are reasonable, allowing the hardware store manager to make the best decisions for the good of the company. The methodology that was used for the investigation was the interview where it was possible to determine the main problem that the company is currently facing with an inadequate inventory system, for which it seeks a solution, the proposal presented in this research, analyzes schematically the inventory system that the hardware store should have, in the same way the process of entry, exit and coding of the merchandise is described. The theoretical framework was also carried out being very important since it allows to have the definitions of all the research which contributes to a better understanding and development of the work, the research also has the inductive and deductive method, this method allowed us to analyze the problem from the investigation from the specific to its particularities and vice versa and the historical method being that which was used for the realization of the antecedents and to base the research bibliographically. Descriptive terms: inventory system, financial administrative management, company, activities, methodological guide, coding.
El presente proyecto de investigación fue desarrollado en la ferretería Núñez con la finalidad de como un sistema de inventarios trasciende en la mejora de la gestión administración financiera, basado en el tema de la investigación, SISTEMA DE INVENTARIOS EN LA MEJORA DE LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA Y FINANCIERA DE LA FERRETERÍA NÚÑEZ PARROQUIA GUANUJO CANTÓN GUARANDA AL 2018, tiene como propósito demostrar que la aplicación de un adecuado sistema de inventarios en la ferretería ya que este es una herramienta esencial que ayudara a obtener información administrativa eficaz y oportuna, que contribuya para que los estados financieros sean razonables, permitiendo al gerente de la ferretería tomar las mejores decisiones en el bien de la empresa. La metodología que se utilizó para la investigación fue la entrevista en donde se logró determinar el principal problema que actualmente está enfrentando la empresa con un inadecuado sistema de inventarios, para el cual busca una solución, la propuesta que se presenta en esta investigación, analiza de manera esquemática el sistema de inventario que debe tener la ferretería, de la misma manera se describa el proceso de ingreso, egreso y la codificación de las mercaderías. También se realizó el marco teórico siendo muy importante ya que permite contar con las definiciones de toda la investigación lo cual contribuye a un mejor entendimiento y desarrollo del trabajo, la investigación también cuenta con el método inductivo y deductivo, este método nos permitió analizar el problema de la investigación desde lo especifico hasta sus particularidades y viceversa y el método histórico siendo aquel que se utilizó para la realización de los antecedentes y fundamentar bibliográficamente la investigación.
