El este proyecto de investigación titulado como “VULNERABILIDAD FISICO- ESTRUCTURAL ANTE INCENDIOS EN EL MERCADO 10 DE NOVIEMBRE DE LA CIUDAD DE GUARANDA” permitió el trabajo con el personal administrativo, adjudicatarios y la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de vulnerabilidad Físico-Estructural ante incendios del Mercado 10 de Noviembre de la ciudad de Guaranda. Para identificar el nivel de vulnerabilidad existente mediante encuestas aplicadas a los adjudicatarios, el cual incide a la probabilidad de ocurrencia de incendio estructural aplicando el METODO DIAMANTE, el cual califica mediante colores (verde, amarillo y rojo) e identifica amenazas y vulnerabilidades evaluando la situación actual, dando como resultado a una interpretación de MEDIO a las amenazas de movimientos sísmicos, caída de ceniza y ALTO a inundaciones e incendios, así formular acciones de prevención, mitigación y respuesta con la implementación de protocolos de respuesta ante incendios en el Mercado. En el Mercado 10 de noviembre existen 350 adjudicatarios por lo que el área de administración manifestó la importancia que se le tomara al trabajo de investigación realizado de manera que concientiza el problema acoge nuestro proyecto de investigación para una rápida respuesta frente a un suceso de eventos adversos que podrían causar afectaciones a sus instalaciones, perdidas económicas o la muerte del personal administrativo, adjudicatarios y usuarios que están en frecuentemente en el lugar.
This research project entitled "PHYSICAL-STRUCTURAL VULNERABILITY BEFORE THE FIRE MARKET NOVEMBER 10 OF THE CITY OF GUARANDA" allowed the work with administrative staff, adjudicators and the State University of Bolivar, had as a general objective to determine the level of Physical-Structural vulnerability to fires in the Market November 10 of the city of Guaranda. To identify the level of vulnerability existing through surveys applied to the awardees, which affects the probability of occurrence of structural fire by applying the DIAMOND METHOD, which qualifies by colors (green, yellow and red) and identifies threats and vulnerabilities evaluating the situation current, resulting in an interpretation of MEDIUM to the threats of seismic movements, ash fall and HIGH to floods and fires, thus formulating prevention, mitigation and response actions with the implementation of fire response protocols in the Market. In the Market November 10 there are 350 awardees so the administration area expressed the importance that will be taken to the research work carried out in such a way that it raises awareness of the problem, welcomes our research project for a rapid response to an event of adverse events that could cause damages to its facilities, economic losses or the death of administrative personnel, adjudicators and users who are frequently in the place.
