The purpose of this research work is to study the following general objective; To determine the importance of graphical techniques in the development of fine motor skills in a girl with microcephaly of 3 years of the Educational Unit "Roberto Alfredo Arregui Chauvín", Bolívar Province, Cantón Guaranda, school period 2017 - 2018. She was in the market in the descriptive method, we worked with a girl with a disability of grade two, her learning style is characterized by being kinesthetic, in this system the individual processes the information by associating it with sensations and movements, in short, to the body, related to actions such as: touching , move, feel, field work, paint, draw, dance, lab, do things, show, repair things. "Learning using the kinesthetic system is slow, much slower than with any of the other two systems. They have the least efficient way to store academic information, but the best way to store information that has to do with sports and art. "(INDIVIDUAL CURRICULUM ADAPTATION DIAC, 2017) The application of the graphoplastic techniques elaborated and carried out a guide of curricular adaptations with the diverse activities of the grafoplásticas techniques as they are torn, trimmed, modeled, fingerling, wrinkled, punched, threading, it is concluded that after the application of the techniques graphoplasts in the girl with microcephaly is effective if the girl develops a normal and good fine motor parameter in this way we improve the fine motor skills, it should be noted that she has an attachment to the painting dactyl. "The integral development of the infant at an early age requires an adequate development of cognitive and physical-motor skills; however, it is observed in local educational contexts that there are limitations in the development of these skills, so the present documentary research argues that the adequate use of graphical techniques in the development of fine motor skills in a girl with microcephaly three years and therefore their child development. "(Carolina, Cando Santillán Gisela, Trujillo Espinoza, Rosa María, 2018) "Therefore, in order to defend this idea and achieve our goal, the application of graphical techniques in the development of fine motor skills in children at this early age is fundamental, and more so when it comes to a girl with microcephaly the influence they possess the same to achieve the integral development of the student, types of graphic arts activities and application materials are exposed to develop fine motor skills in this school age range, besides offering guidance to the teacher on how to carry out an optimal development of the techniques plastic graph to encourage cognitive development in relation to physical-motor skills. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como propósito el estudio del siguiente objetivo general; Determinar la importancia de las técnicas grafo plásticas en el desarrollo de la motricidad fina en una niña con microcefalia de 3 años de la Unidad Educativa “Roberto Alfredo Arregui Chauvín”, Provincia Bolívar, Cantón Guaranda, periodo lectivo 2017 – 2018. Estuvo enmarcado en el método descriptivo, se trabajó con una niña con discapacidad de grado dos su estilo de aprendizaje se caracteriza por ser Kinestésica, en este sistema el individuo procesa la información asociándola a sensaciones y movimientos, en definitiva, al cuerpo, relacionado con acciones como: tocar, mover, sentir, trabajo de campo, laboratorio pintar, dibujar, bailar, hacer cosas, mostrar, reparar cosas. “El aprendizaje utilizando el sistema kinestésico es lento, mucho más lento que con cualquiera de los otros dos sistemas. Poseen la manera menos eficiente para almacenar información académica, pero la mejor para almacenar información que tenga que ver con lo deportivo y artístico.” (INDIVIDUAL DE ADAPTACION CURRICULAR DIAC, 2017) La aplicación de las técnicas grafo plásticas se elaboró y llevó a cabo una guía de adaptaciones curriculares con las diversas actividades de las técnicas grafoplásticas como son rasgado, recortado, modelado, dactilopintura, arrugado, punzado, enhebrado, se concluye que después de la aplicación de las técnicas grafoplásticas en la niña con microcefalia es efectiva la niña si desarrolla un parámetro normal y bueno en la motricidad fina de esta manera mejoramos las habilidades de la motricidad fina, cabe recalcar que tiene un apego a la dáctilo pintura. “El desarrollo integral del infante en edades tempranas exige de un adecuado desarrollo de destrezas cognitivas y físico-motoras; sin embargo, se observa en contextos educativos locales que existen limitaciones en el desarrollo de estas habilidades, por lo que la presente investigación documental se plantea argumentar que el adecuado uso de las técnicas grafo plásticas en el desarrollo de la motricidad fina en una niña con microcefalia de tres años y por ende a su desarrollo infantil.” (Carolina, Cando Santillán Gisela; Trujillo Espinoza , Rosa María, 2018) “Por lo que para defender esta idea y poder alcanzar nuestro objetivo es parte fundamental la aplicación de las técnicas grafo plásticas en el desarrollo de la motricidad fina en los niños a esta temprana edad, y más cuando se trata de una niña con microcefalia la influencia que poseen las mismas para lograr el desarrollo integral del educando, se exponen tipos de actividades grafo plásticas y materiales de aplicación para desarrollar la motricidad fina en este rango de edad escolar, además de ofrecer orientaciones al docente de cómo llevar un óptimo desarrollo de las técnicas grafo plásticas para fomentar el desarrollo cognitivo en relación con las destrezas físico-motoras.” (Carolina, Cando Santillán Gisela; Trujillo Espinoza , Rosa María, 2018)
