In the community of Harrow, the study of the Manual Fare Collection System Monthly Water Consumption of different entities belonging to this community, finding some shortcomings which led to the investigation of this subject to be automated process was developed. Some existing programs in the market were analyzed, as well the most appropriate tools to develop this application which was chosen were: MySQL, PHP, APACHE He revealed the knowledge acquired Software Engineering, the same that allowed the development of System Charges Rate Monthly Water Consumption, improving and replacing the current procedure. Currently the fee collection system is working properly fed a certain amount of information from users of the community.
En la comunidad de Gradas, se desarrolló el estudio del Sistema Manual de Cobros de Tarifas Mensuales del Consumo de Agua de las diferentes entidades que pertenecen a esta Comunidad, encontrando algunas falencias lo que motivó la investigación de este proceso susceptible a ser automatizado. Se analizaron algunos programas existentes en el mercado, además se escogió las herramientas más apropiadas para desarrollar esta aplicación las cuales fueron: MYSQL, PHP, APACHE Se puso de manifiesto los conocimientos adquiridos de Ingeniería de Software, los mismos que permitieron el desarrollo del Sistema de Cobros de Tarifas Mensuales del Consumo de Agua, mejorando y remplazando el actual procedimiento. Actualmente el sistema de Cobro de Tarifas se encuentra funcionando correctamente alimentada con una cierta cantidad de información de los usuarios de la comunidad.
