The present investigation refers to “The Educational administration in the school process of the Educational Unit “Inti Churi”, of the community Casaiches, parish Veintimilla, canton Guaranda, during the year 2014-2015, the same one that foresaw to a diagnosis was determined that in the facility a faulty educational administration existed in the school process. Starting from the above-mentioned he/she thought about as objective: To determine the influence of the educational administration in the school process of the Educational Unit “Inti Churi”, of the community Casaiches, parish Veintimilla, canton Guaranda, during the year 2014-2015. The investigative work, is based on the descriptive investigation, because the data contributed by authorities, educational and students of the Unit allowed to describe in a real way the study object; that is to say what administration type it was executed and I eat this it determines the school process. This way, he/she settled down that the administrative processes were detached of the pedagogic task. The study was sustained in surveys directed to educational, students and he/she interviews to the authorities of the Educational Unit, based on the obtained data you concluded that the educational administration is the organizational base of the educational company, but the exercised leadership is permissive, bureaucratic, with the result that it has not existed a work participativo and group in the administrative thing and the school process. Before this problem it was pointed out as proposal to take a motivation shop that facilitates interiorizar the functions, ahead responsibilities of the educational actors' each and every one, as well as to engender the team work. 11 The present work is divided neatly in three orderly chapters with regard to the topics that support the investigation. In the first chapter a scientific theoretical Marco is developed, supported of topics regarding what is the educational administration, and the influence that this exercises in the school process; followed by a conceptual mark where he is defined the utilized terms during the whole writing of the investigative work; the theory referencial and situational he relates the history of the establishment and it summarizes the outlined problem; finally summary the legal bases in which the thesis is sustained. The chapter II correspond to the methodology where the utilized investigation type, the techniques and instruments used in the gathering of data is detailed, the methods, concluding with the strategies of change used for the solution of the problem. The chapter III are dedicated to the analysis and discussion of results, it stops then to emit the summations with their respective recommendations, concluding this chapter with the scientific article.
La presente investigación se refiere a “La administración Educativa en el proceso escolar de la Unidad Educativa “Inti Churi”, de la comunidad Casaiches, parroquia Veintimilla, cantón Guaranda, durante el año lectivo 2014 – 2015, la misma que previo a un diagnóstico se determinó que en el plantel existió una deficiente administración educativa en el proceso escolar. A partir de lo anterior se planteó como objetivo: Determinar la influencia de la administración educativa en el proceso escolar de la Unidad Educativa “Inti Churi”, de la comunidad Casaiches, parroquia Veintimilla, cantón Guaranda, durante el año 2015 – 2016. El trabajo investigativo, se basa en la investigación descriptiva, pues los datos aportados por autoridades, docentes y estudiantes de la Unidad permitieron describir de forma real el objeto de estudio; es decir qué tipo de administración se ejecutaba y como ésta determina el proceso escolar. Así, se estableció que los procesos administrativos estaban desvinculados de la tarea pedagógica. El estudio se sustentó en encuestas dirigidas a docentes, estudiantes y entrevista a las autoridades de la Unidad Educativa, en base a los datos obtenidos se concluyó que la administración educativa es la base organizativa de la empresa educativa, pero el liderazgo ejercido es permisivo, burocrático, de ahí que no ha existido un trabajo participativo y conjunto en lo administrativo y el proceso escolar. Ante esta problemática se señaló como propuesta llevar adelante un taller de motivación que facilite interiorizar las funciones, responsabilidades de todos y cada uno de los actores educativos, como también engendrar el trabajo en equipo. El presente trabajo está dividido en tres capítulos ordenados prolijamente con respecto a los temas que respaldan la investigación. En el primer capítulo se desarrolla un Marco teórico científico, respaldado de temas respecto a lo que es la administración educativa, y la influencia que ésta ejerce en el proceso escolar; seguido de un marco conceptual donde se define los términos utilizados durante toda la redacción del trabajo investigativo; la teoría referencial y situacional relata la historia del establecimiento y resume la problemática planteada; finalmente se resumen las bases legales en las cuales se sustenta la tesis. El capítulo II corresponde a la metodología, en donde se detalla el tipo de investigación utilizado, las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de datos, los métodos, finalizando con las estrategias de cambio utilizadas para la solución del problema. El capítulo III está dedicado al análisis y discusión de resultados, para luego emitir las conclusiones con sus respectivas recomendaciones, finalizando éste capítulo con el artículo científico
