In the present work, the study of the structural vulnerability to earthquakes of the patrimonial building of the San Francisco church of the city of San José de Chimbo, carried out by the Marianite Sisters of the Santa Mariana de Jesús Molina Educational Unit Chimbo canton, located in Cristóbal Colón and August 10 streets, using the Integrated Software For Structural Analysis And Desing (SAP2000). In order to assess the vulnerability of the patrimonial building, the pathology present in the structure was surveyed by careful observation of each affectation presented by the church, and a planiometric survey of each area was carried out for the elaboration of the Architectural plans and data collection. The data obtained and calculated according to the Ecuadorian Construction Standard (NEC, 2015) are entered into the SAP2000 system or software to perform the modeling and evaluate the behavior of the structure when an earthquake occurs in the sense of X and Y in relation to the plane With the same software was developed the proposal of reinforcement of the structure and also could be observed the behavior of the same, in addition to this was made the risk reduction plan, considering other vulnerabilities that also affect the property patrimonial, is important To carry out this integral intervention in Risk Management since the church has high concurrence of the population in general and of the educational community of the Santa Mariana de Jesús Molina School, in this way we contribute to the reduction of risk.
En el presente trabajo se realizó, el estudio de la vulnerabilidad estructural ante sismos del inmueble patrimonial de la iglesia San Francisco de la ciudad de San José de Chimbo, que está a cargo de las hermanas Marianitas de la Unidad Educativa Santa Mariana de Jesús Molina del cantón Chimbo, ubicado en las calles Cristóbal Colón y 10 de Agosto, empleando el Integrated Software For Structural Analysis And Desing (SAP2000) que traducido al español es un Software Integrado para el Análisis Estructural y el Diseño de la misma. Para la evaluación de la vulnerabilidad del inmueble patrimonial, se procedió al levantamiento de la patología presente en la estructura, mediante la observación minuciosa de cada afectación que presenta la iglesia, y se procedió al levantamiento planimétrico de cada área para la elaboración de los planos arquitectónicos y obtención de datos. Los datos obtenidos y calculados según las Norma Ecuatoriana de Construcción (NEC, 2015) se los ingresa al sistema o software SAP2000, para realizar el modelamiento y evaluar el comportamiento de la estructura cuando ocurre un sismo en sentido de X y Y en relación al plano cartesiano, con el mismo software se elaboró la propuesta de reforzamiento de la estructura y también se pudo observar el comportamiento de la misma, adicional a esto se realizó el plan de reducción de riesgos, considerando otras vulnerabilidades que también afectan al inmueble patrimonial, es importante realizar esta intervención integral en Gestión de Riesgos ya que la iglesia tiene alta concurrencia de la población en general y de la comunidad educativa de la Escuela Santa Mariana de Jesús Molina, de esta manera aportamos a la reducción de riesgo.
