The design of the manual of functions and profiles by competences for the importer and marketer of textiles, located in the city of Quito, in the period September 2016 - August 2017 arose from the need to specify the functions and responsibilities of each position, as well as the required competencies, which had the fundamental objective of guiding decision-making within an organizational and functional structure, its hierarchical and support levels, as well as determining the soft and hard profile of each position. As the main achievement of the systematization project, it is possible to delimit the design of the manual and with it the improvement of the functional-structural organization of the whole company, since the material serves as a guide for the future decision making of the personnel. In this sense, the fundamental results lie in the preparation of materials and documentation, which are instruments to regulate the tasks of each of the actors involved in the process of organizational growth, so that their success will depend on committed participation and professional of all the beneficiaries.
El diseño del manual de funciones y perfiles por competencias para la empresa importadora y comercializadora de textiles, ubicada en la ciudad de Quito, en el período septiembre 2016 – agosto de 2017 surgió de la necesidad de precisar las funciones y responsabilidades de cada uno de los cargos, así como de las competencias requeridas, lo cual tuvo como objetivo fundamental orientar la toma de decisiones dentro de una estructura orgánica y funcional, sus niveles jerárquicos y de soporte, además de determinar el perfil blando y duro de cada cargo. Como principal logro del proyecto de sistematización se puede delimitar el diseño del manual y con ello la mejora de la organización funcional-estructural de toda la empresa, ya que el material sirve de guía para la toma de decisiones futuras del personal. En tal sentido, los resultados fundamentales radican en la confección de los materiales y la documentación, que son instrumentos para regular las tareas de cada uno de los actores que intervienen en el proceso de crecimiento organizacional, por lo que su éxito dependerá de la participación comprometida y profesional de todos los beneficiarios.
