This business plan explains in detail the creation of an Enterprise whose service is to provide with high quality ground transportation for passengers from the northern area of the city of Quito to the new International Airport, located in the Tababela plateau. This enterprise, named QuiBus S.A., will offer its customers a ride in comfortable buses equipped with the latest technological advances. The business plan commences with the joining of three investors, who participate during the entire project. We believe that this business is rentable based on the results of several surveys, which show that there is a large demand for this service. The routes connecting Quito with the new airport are a major concern for the general public, since they are not fit to manage the amount of vehicles that will transit them. To satisfy our customer´s demands, we created an organized, safe, and above all things, on-time service. During the development of this project, all risks that could affect the proper functioning of this enterprise were considered, and appropriate solutions were proposed. This way, we expect to exceed our customer´s expectations, and to always look for alternatives for improving our service.
Este plan de negocio explica a detalle la creación de una empresa cuyo servicio es brindar transporte terrestre de calidad a pasajeros desde el norte de la ciudad de Quito hasta el nuevo aeropuerto, ubicado en la meseta de Tababela. Esta empresa, llamada QuiBus S.A, ofrecerá a sus clientes la posibilidad de viajar en cómodos buses que utilizan los últimos avances tecnológicos. El plan de negocio inicia con la unión de tres accionistas, quienes participaron a lo largo de este proyecto. Pensamos que este negocio es rentable ya que después de haber realizado varias encuestas, hemos observado que existe una gran demanda de este servicio. Las rutas que conectan al nuevo aeropuerto es algo que preocupa mucho a las personas ya que no son suficientes para la cantidad de carros que se movilizarán. Para satisfacer la demanda de nuestros clientes, se creó un servicio de transporte ordenado, seguro y sobre todo puntual. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se tomaron en cuenta la mayoría de riesgos que podrían afectar al funcionamiento adecuado de nuestra empresa y se busco las soluciones respectivas. De esta manera, esperamos sobrepasar las expectativas de nuestros clientes y siempre buscar alternativas que mejoren nuestro servicio.
