Obras sanitarias propuestas en la parroquia San Francisco de Mulaló alcantarillado sanitario y red de agua potable

This paper presents the plumbing project proposed for the parish of San Francisco Mulaló, this project includes the design of the sanitary sewer system and the design of the drinking water network; criteria was evaluated and calculations were performed in the studies of the sewerage system and potable water network in order to achieve a feasible project, design drawings necessary for the implementation of these plumbing works are also included. Considering the importance of the environment, an environmental impact study was made in order to see the impact that these works may cause to the parish and its community, mitigation measures that could be taken are identified. Finally, taking into account that economic factor is of great importance to the viability of the project, an analysis of unit prices was made and on which the project budget presented is based.
En este trabajo se presenta una propuesta de obras hidrosanitaria para la parroquia San Francisco de Mulaló, la cual comprende el diseño del sistema de alcantarillado sanitario y el diseño de la red de agua potable; en los estudios del alcantarillado sanitario y red de agua potable se muestran los criterios y cálculos que se llevaron a cabo a fin de conseguir un proyecto realizable, también se incluyen los planos de diseño necesarios para la ejecución de estas obras hidrosanitarias. Considerando la importancia que se debe dar al medio ambiente, se realiza un estudio del impacto ambiental que estas obras pueden causar tanto a la parroquia como a su comunidad y, se identifican las medidas de mitigación que se podrían tomar. Finalmente y teniendo en cuenta que el factor económico es de gran importancia para la viabilidad de los proyectos, se realizo el análisis de precios unitarios en base al cual se presenta un presupuesto referencial del proyecto.
