Rango de referencia de linfocitos T(CD4, CD8) en una población adulta sana HIV negativa

Description: Rank of reference of lymphocytes T (CD4, CD8) in a healthy adult population HIV negative. The investigation is support in the analysis of a healthy population HIV negative of between 21 to 60 years. By means of the present investigation were measured the values of leukocytes, lymphocytes T (CD4 and CD8) in the population before mentioned to be able to compare the standard ranks of lymphocytes with result obtained in our study. The objective is know if the exhibition to antigens has altered the values of lymphocytes of special way CD4 and CD8 that have direct relation to the affection of their values in the HIV infection and are useful for the follow of the patients .
Rango de referencia de linfocitos T (CD4, CD8) en una población adulta sana HIV negativa. La investigación estuvo basada en el análisis de una población sana HIV negativa de entre 21 a 60 años. Por medio de la presente investigación se midió los valores de leucocitos, linfocitos T (CD4 y CD8) en la población antes mencionada para comparar los rangos estándar de linfocitos con los obtenidos en nuestro estudio, para conocer de mejor manera si la exposición a la infección por HIV han alterado los valores de linfocitos de manera especial CD4 y CD8 que tienen relación directa a la afección de sus valores en la infección por HIV.
