Description

Tengo Miedo, a thirteen-minute short film, narrates the events occurred to Samuel during the first night he sleeps at a new house. Since his arrival to the house, the eight years old boy senses a strange on-site power, materializing his fear in an old portrait and the stories behind its character. Felipe, his older brother realizes the fear reflected by Samuel and start bothering him, generating more doubts about the existence of the portrait`s ghost. At bed time, Samuel`s fear materializes in a nightmare, making it real. Samuel sees itself confronted to the ghost that hides under his bed and threatens him to catch him. After his attempt to get loose he wakes up, decided not to sleep in that bed anymore. Felipe takes his place on Samuel`s bed. The next morning the disorder and Felipe`s absence leave a clue that the ghost may have been real.
Tengo Miedo, cortometraje de suspenso de trece minutos de duración, cuenta los sucesos ocurridos a Samuel durante la primera noche que duerme en una casa nueva. Desde su llegada a ésta el niño de ocho años presiente una energía extraña en el lugar, materializando su miedo en un viejo retrato y la leyenda tras el personaje de éste. Felipe, su hermano mayor se da cuenta del miedo reflejado por Samuel y lo molesta, creando más dudas en el personaje sobre la existencia del fantasma del cuadro. A la hora de dormir, el miedo de Samuel se materializa en una pesadilla, volviéndola real. Samuel se ve enfrentado al fantasma que se esconde bajo su cama y lo acecha hasta atraparlo. Tras su intento de soltarse se despierta, decidido a no dormir en esa cama nunca más. Felipe toma su lugar en la cama de Samuel. A la mañana siguiente el desorden y la ausencia de Felipe nos dejan un indicio de que aquel fantasma era real.
