The successful organizations are those that give major focus and support to the human talent, for which it is important to implement new forms of human management. In this investigation the theory that is going to be explained is the theory of executive coaching as a new trend that helps improve the performance of the employees in organizations, where the results are reflected in the improvement of the performance, productivity and working environment. The work is based on the benefits of the executive coaching in the company “La Fabril”, an Ecuadorian agro industrial company. “La Fabril” implemented executive coaching five years ago and they consider it as the key tool of their success in the recent years. Therefore, it is worth to implement this new technique in the organizations, in order to have positive results as the company “La Fabril”.
Las organizaciones exitosas son las que dan un mayor enfoque y apoyo al talento humano, por lo cual es importante que se implemente nuevas formas de preparar a la gestión humana. En esta investigación se presenta la teoría del coaching empresarial como una nueva tendencia que ayuda a mejorar el desempeño de los trabajadores de las organizaciones, en donde los resultados se vean reflejados en la mejora del rendimiento, productividad y clima laboral. El trabajo de titulación se basa en los beneficios del coaching empresarial en la empresa La Fabril, empresa ecuatoriana del sector agroindustrial. La Fabril implementó coaching empresarial hace 5 años y consideran que es la herramienta clave de su éxito en los últimos años. Por lo cual, vale la pena implementar esta nueva técnica en las organizaciones, para que tengan resultados positivos al igual que La Fabril.
