Description

The free traffic of the capitals, goods, services and people has caused an increase in the urban movement. The large-scale migrations towards the cities have bring place to a massive process of densification, that demands the development of new typologies able to solve these new problematics. The hybrid buildings is one of the different presented alternatives that have became structures capable to agglutinating diverse uses and to combine them. In “Comité del Pueblo” this agglutination of activities happens directly in the street, where its habitants have appropriated of the only public space which they possess. The street in this context, has turned into the socio-economic principal axis itself, that in addition brings other problematics like safety and hygiene. Understanding both contexts, the architectural project, to be present, search across heuristic and meta- heuristic process, possible solutions for this problematics. A deep analysis of “Comité del Pueblo”, focusing in the activities that are realized by the habitants and the surroundings, will give us the possibility to understand the context and the real conditions in the study area. This information will be processed in a system of algorithms of -combinatorial optimization- that allows us to maximize the use and the dynamics of the intervening area.
La libre circulación de capitales, bienes, servicios y personas ha causado un aumento en el movimiento urbano. Las migraciones a gran escala hacia las ciudades ha dado lugar a un proceso de densificación masivo que demanda el desarrollo de nuevas tipologías que respondan a estas nuevas problemáticas. Los edificios híbridos es una de las distintas alternativas presentadas que buscan convertirse en estructuras capaces de aglutinar diversos usos y combinarlos entre sí. En comité del Pueblo, esta aglutinación de actividades ocurre directamente en la calle donde sus habitantes se han apropiado del único espacio público con el que cuentan. La calle en este contexto, se ha convertido en el eje socio-económico principal mismo que además trae consigo problemáticas de seguridad he higiene. Entendiendo ambos contextos el proyecto arquitectónico a presentar busca a través de procesos heurísticos y meta- heurísticos encontrar soluciones a las nuevas problemáticas de las ciudades y puntualmente a la problemática del Comité del Pueblo con un análisis profundo de las actividades que se realizan en el mismo y sus alrededores para posteriormente pasar esos datos a un sistema de algoritmos de optimización combinatoria que nos permita maximizar el uso y la dinámica del área a intervenir.
