Reconocimiento y aplicación del derecho humano al agua en el Ecuador

The document examinates the obligations acquired after the Ecuadorian government recognized this right in order to ensure its accomplishment.
El presente documento es un análisis sobre las múltiples dimensiones que el derecho humano al agua abarca y su íntima relación con otros derechos humanos. Tras un examen sobre la importancia e influencia que tienen los instrumentos de Derecho Internacional en la formulación de la normativa interna de un Estado en materia de Derechos Humanos, se exploran las obligaciones que adquiere el Estado ecuatoriano una vez reconocido éste derecho a fin de garantizar su cumplimiento.
