Diseño del sistema de gestión de costos de la empresa Ediecuatorial

Description: Ediecuatorial is a printing press of El Comercio group, one of main newspapers of the country. In its eagerness to continuously improve its operations and customer service, the company decided to make a study to determine with greater exactitude the cost of its products in order to offer more competitive prices in the market. The objective of the present thesis is to design a system to manage the costs of the company, to allocate these costs to products and therefore to asses the amounts over which prices for these products have to be set.
Ediecuatorial es una imprenta del grupo El Comercio, uno de los principales diarios del país. En su afán por mejorar continuamente sus operaciones y el servicio a sus clientes, la empresa decidió realizar un estudio para determinar con mayor exactitud el costo de sus productos para ofrecer precios más competitivos en el mercado. El objetivo de la presente tesis es diseñar un sistema para gestionar los costos de la empresa para cargar dichos costos a los productos y conocer el valor sobre el cual se debe imponer un precio a los mismos.
