Los solicitantes de refugio tienen derecho al trabajo y el Estado Ecuatoriano el deber de garantizarlo

Description: Asylum seekers are entitled to full enjoyment and effective exercise of their right to work in Ecuador and in any other receiver countries where they are living; by the fact that they belong to the human race. Since all human beings are equal in dignity and rights, without discrimination. Moreover, refugee status is declaratory and not constituent. Therefore, any person who ask for refugee considered like that, although his/her legal status as an asylum seeker, until the State in which they requested asylum takes a final decision.
Los solicitantes de refugio ostentan el pleno goce y ejercicio efectivo de su derecho al trabajo en el Ecuador y en cualquier país receptor que se encuentren, por el mero hecho de pertenecer a la especie humana, ya que todos los seres humanos somos iguales en dignidad y derechos, sin discriminación alguna.
