The type and theme architecture seek combined in a single project, creating architectural elements that respond to certain urban conditions and defining a path that is always hungry for unity and order, thus creating a simple and neat but complex at the same time architecture, they endowing this individual concepts such as: transparency phenomenology and analog relationships. In this case we sought to explore the appropriate architecture for a Judicial Complex in the field of theoretical and practical, bringing this study to limit the meeting: program structure, technical and sensory experiences. In a land located in the financial center of Quito, a typology height to respond to the issue and municipal regulations of the city, which respects the urban conditions it has, but that creates unity between its parts, this being is looking for the typology tower which later became three rods generating unit program within a single enclosure defined and given by the "Free Plan"
El tipo y tema en arquitectura buscan conjugarse en un solo proyecto, generando elementos arquitectónicos que responden a ciertas condicionantes urbanas y delimitando un camino que siempre va en busca la unidad y el orden, generando así una arquitectura simple y ordenada pero compleja a la vez, dotando a ésta de conceptos particulares como son: la transparencia fenomenología y las relaciones analógicas. En este caso se buscó explorar la arquitectura adecuada para un Complejo Judicial en el campo de lo teórico y lo práctico, llevando este estudio al límite del encuentro entre: programa, estructura, técnica y experiencias sensoriales. En un terreno ubicado en el centro financiero de Quito, se busca una tipología en altura que responda al tema y a las normativas municipales de la ciudad, que respete las condicionantes urbanas que posee, pero que genere unidad entre sus partes, siendo esta la tipología torre, que después se convertiría en 3 barras programáticas que generan unidad dentro de un solo recinto definido y dado por el “Plan Libre”.
