Quito ¿pequeña metrópoli o gran pueblo?

Description: Quito is considered by many very conservative and not really opened to changes. However, the reality is that the city has been changing gradually with the construction of bigger and higher buildings, the opening of restaurants of all types and the mix of cultures. Although, still lacks in terms of education and maintenance for the city to be a true cosmopolitan metropoly.
Quito es considerada por muchos muy conservadora y poco cambiante. Sin embargo, la realidad es que la ciudad ha ido transformándose poco a poco hacia una ser posible capital cosmopolita con la construcción de grandes e importantes edificios, la apertura de restaurantes de comida de todo tipo y la mezcla de culturas. A pesar de eso, aun falta en cuanto a la educación y mantenimiento de la ciudad.
