Kebabs, es un restaurante de comida árabe, el cual pretende tener un nuevo enfoque, en el negocio de comida rápida al ofrecer un servicio de comida saludable, también cuenta con una revolución en el ámbito de restaurantes árabes ya que no se venderá bebidas alcohólicas ni pipa árabe. El restaurante va a estar ubicado frente a la Universidad San Francisco de Quito, el cual está abierto de lunes a domingo de 11h00 a 07h00 de la noche, para captar a los estudiantes de la universidad antes mencionada. Kebabs, nació de la idea de dar un nuevo producto fresco, saludable y que se lo pueda servir de una manera rápida. Este producto es traído de países árabes. El kebab es preparado a base de Pan pita, pollo, carne o pescado asado, y legumbres como tomate, cebolla, y lechuga.
