La ciudad es una escena viva, en donde, a modo de puesta en escena, el ciudadano desempeña distintos papeles que llenan de color y carácter el lugar: pero si, de repente esta cualidad deja de existir porque la arquitectura se enajena del papel teatral compitiendo con ella en vez de ser parte de la escena cotidiana. ¿Cómo podemos descifrar el contenido y cualidad de la ciudad si esto pasa? Se propone elaborar una tesis arquitectónica, la cual enfatice las acciones humanas como referentes del diseño arquitectónico y defienda en cada punto el postulado de Tchumi el cual defiende que no existe espacio sin evento.
