Estudio de caso terapia cognitiva conductual en caso de Psicopatía y Depresión

Description: This proposal intents to focus on whether or no there are differences in the therapeutic approach during the treatment for depression when there is a dual diagnosis, where antisocial personality disorder (APD) is present. It will also focus on whether the presence of the APD will affect the symptomatology of the depression, as well as the tools that are being used and their usefulness in therapy. Through the analysis of 4 different cases of this dual diagnosis, as well as the understanding of the treatment, we intent to identify the differences that exist during treatment.
Esta Propuesta se enfoca en lograr descubrir si es que existen diferencias dentro de la terapia cognitiva conductual cuando existe un diagnostico dual de depresión y Trastorno antisocial de la personalidad. Se enfoca en entender si es que el trastorno antisocial llega a crear una diferencia significativa en la terapia y en especial en los síntomas de depresión del paciente, así como también su tratamiento. Al analizar 4 casos de pacientes con este diagnostico dual, se intentará identificar esas diferencias, si es que las hay, e intentar entender por que existen o no dentro de el acercamiento terapéutico, así como también en la sintomatología.
