The purpose of this study is to analyze the motivational techniques used in the industry, the factors that motivate employees of construction, and see if employees are motivated or not. Finally consider what should be improved so that they feel more motivated.
La industria de la construcción ha ido creciendo a un nivel nunca antes visto en el Ecuador y con él el número de personas que trabajen en este sector. Al ser la construcción una industria que depende del capital de trabajo para poder subsistir e ir creciendo más es importante mantener bien a su gente, saber que les motiva y de esta manera hacer que ellos crezcan para que la industria pueda crecer más. El propósito de este estudio se estudiara las técnicas de motivación que se utilizan en esta industria y los factores que motivan a los empleados de la construcción, para de esta manera ver si los empleados se encuentran motivados o no y qué se debe mejorar para que se sientan más motivados.
