Description

This research document entitled "Tourism Project & Therapeutic Spa Shuyay" that aims to propose the creation of an accommodation, relaxation and tourism area, oriented to international and domestic tourists. It is located two hours from the city of Quito in the canton Pedro Vicente Maldonado. Having in mind the need of a change in the lifestyle of the modern society and the gradual increase of people who are willing to improve their health , both physical , mental and spiritual, it has been decided to conduct the study for the creation of "Tourism Project & Spa Therapeutic Shuyay", that offers a different concept than the traditional to treat diseases with alternative therapies and activities where people can have an escape from everyday life and surround yourself with an environment of peace and harmony , recovering from the stress of modern life , changing and improving both their quality of life. Finally, according to the information obtained in the market and financial studies it was concluded that there is sufficient demand and feasibility to support and carry out the project.
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Proyecto Turístico & Spa Terapéutico Shuyay” tiene como objetivo proponer la creación de un espacio de hospedaje, relajación y turismo para el mercado de turistas internacionales y nacionales; se encuentra ubicado a dos horas de la ciudad de Quito en el cantón Pedro Vicente Maldonado. Tomando en cuenta la necesidad en el cambio de estilo de vida de la sociedad moderna y el aumento gradual de personas que se encuentran dispuestas a mejorar su estado de salud tanto física, mental y espiritual, se ha decidido realizar el estudio de la factibilidad para la creación del “Proyecto Turístico & Spa Terapéutico Shuyay”; mismo que ofrece un concepto diferente al tradicional para el tratamiento de enfermedades con terapias y actividades alternativas donde las personas puedan tener un escape de su vida cotidiana y rodearse de un ambiente de paz y armonía, recuperándose del estrés provocado por la vida moderna, cambiando y mejorando a la vez su calidad de vida. Finalmente según la información obtenida en el estudio del mercado y financiero se pudo concluir que existe la demanda suficiente y la factibilidad para respaldar y llevar a cabo la realización del proyecto.
